Empire Beauty School - Day Maker Program:

Any youth that is currently enrolled in our program is eligible for the following FREE services at Empire Beauty School, formerly Martin's College of Cosmetology, located at 1034 South 18th Street, Manitowoc: Empire Beauty School offers some free services such as haircuts, Manicures, Pedicures, etc.   The Day-Maker Program hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Be sure to call BBBS to request an eligibility voucher. Bigs & Littles are encouraged to do this as an activity.
